Shipping from Switzerland
Maison Sarx prioritizes speed and proximity. All our orders are prepared with the greatest care and shipped directly from our workshop located in the Lake Geneva region (Switzerland).
  • Zero customs fees: For all deliveries in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
  • Preparation times: Your order is shipped within 24 to 48 business hours.
  • Carrier: Secure shipping via Swiss Post.
Shipping Rates (Switzerland & Liechtenstein)
We offer shipments with signature on delivery to ensure the security of your luxury items.
  • Standard Delivery (B Post + Signature): 9.00 CHF.
    • Receive within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
  • Priority Delivery (A Post + Signature): 11.00 CHF.
    • Receive within 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
  • FREE Delivery: From 150.00 CHF purchase (Secure shipping with signature).
International Delivery (Europe)
Maison Sarx also delivers in Europe (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, etc.).
  • Flat rate: 18.00 CHF.
  • Customs duties & VAT: For shipments outside Switzerland, customs fees and your country's VAT may be claimed by the carrier upon delivery. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
For strict hygiene reasons related to the nature of our items (shapewear and lingerie), returns are accepted under the following conditions:
  • Time limit: 14 days after receipt of your order.
  • Condition: The item must be new, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging with all its tags intact.
  • Hygiene: Any item showing signs of being tried on bare skin, or with perfume or makeup odors, will be systematically refused.
How to make a return?
  1. Please return your package by tracked shipping to the following address:

  2. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in case of manufacturing defect).
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.
